Shipping Timelines
We commit to dispatching all packages within 3 business days of your order placement. For orders that include preordered items, your entire order will be shipped once we have received all items in stock. Please note, to maintain the integrity of our inventory and billing process, orders that combine live inventory items and preordered items will require separate transactions. Should this occur, we may refund the live inventory item from your order and kindly ask you to place a new order for such items.
Handling of Lost Packages
We understand the concern regarding lost packages. While we partner only with highly-rated shipping providers, such as USPS, UPS, and DHL, to minimize such issues, we acknowledge that rare circumstances may arise. For added peace of mind, we offer a "Signature Required" shipping upgrade. This option includes insurance, ensuring that if a package is lost in transit, you may seek a refund directly from the shipping provider. Opting not to select the "Signature Required" upgrade is at your own risk, and we kindly ask for your understanding that [Your Store Name] cannot be held accountable for lost packages without this additional layer of security.
Packaging and Quality Assurance
Rest assured, all our sealed products are dispatched in their original factory sealing when applicable. While we strive for perfection, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for minor imperfections in the factory wrapping or for any missing or damaged components inside the factory-sealed items. Our products are sold with the intention of being opened and enjoyed as the manufacturers intended. Damage to the outer packaging does not affect the contents and the adventure that awaits you inside the box.
International Orders via Mail Forwarding Companies
For our international customers utilizing mail forwarding services, please note that Oak's Poke Box cannot be held responsible for the condition of your package once it has been delivered to your forwarding company. The lack of traceability and control over the package after it leaves our facility means we cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival.
Operational Days
Our operational days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This schedule is important for calculating the shipping times for your orders.
A Note on Delays
We are fully committed to getting your orders to you on time. However, occasionally, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing or supply chain issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
No Local Pickup Option
Please note, we do not offer a local pickup option at this time. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided during checkout, ensuring a hassle-free delivery process.
