Shipping policy
We only ship to the contiguous US states, Hawaii, and Alaska. If you're ordering from outside the US please email us at hello@oakspokebox.com and we'll try to work something out.
All packages will ship within 3 business days of ordering. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us. If your order contains a live inventory item and a preorder item then the live item will be refunded as these can not be on the same invoice a separate order must be placed.
Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.
Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.
When using mail forwarding companies for international orders, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package in any way, as we do not have any traceability of the package, and cannot confirm if any mishandling occurred after the package was marked as delivered, during the time in their possession, or in transit from the mail forwarding company to the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping company (USPS or UPS). At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety and security of the package. If you believe theft may be likely, we highly recommend you purchase a required signature shipping upgrade. This will require someone to be home to sign for the package. Please note that shipping insurance does NOT protect Oak's Poke Box or our customers from package theft once the package is marked delivered.
Please order accordingly. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not count holidays.
