Refund policy
For returns to be accepted, the original item with original seal must be returned in SEALED, UNOPENED condition. Opened items forfeit the ability to be returned regardless of reason or justification. Confirming contents is not an acceptable reason for opening the package for intention of return. For handheld electronic emulators returns will be accepted if customer emails hello@oakspokebox.com within 10 days of package delivery date. Emulators must be returned with all packaging, accessories, and the system in same condition system was received in. Unless emulator arrives DOA or customer documents damage occurring during shipping, customer must pay for return shipping plus 10% restocking fee.
Customers may request a refund prior to shipment, but will have the credit card processing fee deducted from their refund as the processing fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be processed until item is back in Oak's Poke Box's possession and the contents and condition of the items are confirmed. Individual trading cards must be returned and received in the same condition they were sold as.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% fee on any returns or order cancelations.
We will not refund any shipping costs paid, after an item has been shipped.
Returns must be sent back within 1 week of being delivered.
There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.
